Any Questions?

Please reach out to schedule a free 20-minute consultation. We’ll review your concerns, goals, and whether my services feel like the right fit for your needs.
I provide evidence-based psychotherapy and assessment for teens, young adults, adults, and parents. I specialize in concerns related to anxiety, depression, stress, emotion regulation, executive functioning, attachment, ADHD, identity development, relationship challenges, school/work stress, and life transitions. I also offer parent coaching and family sessions when clinically appropriate. In addition to clinical services, I provide training, supervision, and consultation.
My approach is collaborative, evidence-based, and individualized. I draw from treatments including CBT, DBT, ACT, trauma-informed therapy, and attachment-based approaches while tailoring treatment to each patient’s goals, personality, and strengths. I believe therapy works best when patients feel safe, understood, and actively involved in the process.
Yes. I offer both in-person sessions in Lebanon, New Hampshire and secure telehealth sessions. Through PSYPACT, I am able to provide telehealth services in most participating states.
I am an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly. However, I provide detailed superbills that many patients submit for possible reimbursement through out-of-network benefits or HSA/FSA accounts. I recommend contacting your insurance company directly to better understand your coverage.
My hourly rate is $300 per 60-minute session. Please inquire about sliding scale options.
The standard fee for comprehensive psychological evaluations is $4,000. This includes an intake appointment, testing sessions, scoring and interpretation, and a comprehensive written report with feedback. The fee for psychodiagnostic evaluations is $2500 and does not include formal cognitive testing. Please note: In some cases, evaluations that require additional testing, school observations, or specialized reports may incur additional fees. Payment will be discussed and agreed upon prior to beginning the assessment process.
I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be charged the full session fee.
No. I am not able to provide emergency or crisis services. If you are in immediate danger or experiencing a mental health emergency, please call 911, go to your nearest emergency room, or contact 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
The first session focuses on understanding your current concerns, history, goals, and what you hope to gain from therapy. We’ll also discuss treatment recommendations and determine whether the fit feels appropriate for both of us.
There is no one-size-fits-all answer. Some patients benefit from short-term focused work, while others prefer longer-term therapy. We’ll regularly revisit goals and collaboratively determine what feels most helpful and effective.
Evidence-based therapy refers to treatments that have been supported through scientific research and clinical study. My goal is to combine research-supported interventions with individualized care that takes into account each person’s unique experiences, identity, strengths, and needs.
