Consultation & Training
Dr. Oakley provides consultation and training services across various systems of care (i.e., schools, hospitals, athletic programs, and organizational settings). Using an evidence-based, collaborative approach, services focus on helping systems identify meaningful goals while developing practical, concrete strategies to support emotional regulation, executive functioning, communication, resilience, and overall functioning. Trainings are tailored to the unique needs of each team, staff, or organization with an emphasis on sustainable, real-world support.

Mental Edge Hockey Camp
Developed by Dr. Oakley, Mental Edge Hockey Camp is a small-group training program focused on mental performance, mistake recovery, confidence, and on-ice hockey skills execution. Athletes build confidence, resilience, emotional regulation, and decision-making skills through integrated on-ice training, competition, and reflective learning.
